Mother of Hope Camp is available to agencies of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence such as parishes, Catholic schools and other offices for gatherings, recreation, retreats, and meetings. Areas include the athletic fields, Cardillo Lodge, lake front (additional Lifeguard Fee based on lifeguard availability), open-air pavilions, St. Augustine Chapel, hiking trails, the Beatitudes Reflection Trail, and more.
Please know that Mother of Hope Camp is smoke and alcohol-free. The permit holder agrees to be responsible for the good and lawful conduct and activities of the group and its individual members on the camp property. The permit holder also agrees to respect the camp property and facilities and to provide for the clean up of all garbage, cans, papers, food, and debris from the grounds and buildings prior to the group's departure.
Rental Fee of Camp Grounds: $50.00 per hour
Rental Fee of Camp Grounds with Cardillo Lodge: $75.00 per hour
Rental Fee of Cardillo Lodge without Use of Grounds: $50.00 per hour
Lifeguard Fee: Use of Mother of Hope Camp's private beach is an additional $50.00 per hour/ per lifeguard and dependent on the availability of a RI certified lifeguard. One lifeguard per 50 people is required by law. Lifeguards provided by the attending group MUST provide proof certerfication from a nationally recognized organization along with proof of current RI fresh water or higher lifeguard licensing as well as valid infant, child, and adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification two weeks prior to the scheduled date of the field day. No one will be permitted in the swimming area without the presence of an On Duty, RI certified lifeguard.
Nonrefundable and Nontransferable Deposit: $100 *Raindate based on availability.
